I highly suggest you start a journal here. That way anything that comes up for you that you can't get around or if you hit a stumbling block or lose your momentum - we can try to help.

Start off in your journal giving us a history including that you've decided to do the raw paleo diet instead of the surgery. Take before pictures even if you don't show them now because you might really want to show them later.
