Thanks troll for the info! I have an appointment on the 28th of this month,im cancelling and im done! Thanks to all that responded to this thread,giving me advise on this life changing and extremely dangerous procedure.

Now - make sure you use this place as a massive resource AND for support.

I highly suggest you start a journal here. That way anything that comes up for you that you can't get around or if you hit a stumbling block or lose your momentum - we can try to help.

Start off in your journal giving us a history including that you've decided to do the raw paleo diet instead of the surgery. Take before pictures even if you don't show them now because you might really want to show them later. ;D
