Human Extinction Possibility

Humans have gone through many other astronomical extinctions before.  How many civilization reboots have humans undergone?  We really do not know.

As for resources exploitation, I'll bet on space travel and conquering the solar system and other stars. 

In the meantime, I'd like my blood line to live on and on.
