Ginseng is such a big big deal in Korea.  Also with the Chinese.

I just recently supplemented with Ginseng and it's made me warm, warm hands, warm feet.  Ginseng does not grow in my country.

Discuss your experiences with Ginseng... hopefully as food if you can get it raw and whole.
