Helpless re Mac problem
« on: June 13, 2013, 01:13:43 am »
I hate my Mac more than I used to hate my former PC. I have upgraded it to osx 10.6.8, and increased the RAM to 1 or 2 GB. Trouble is that Macs do apparently sometimes get their RAM clogged up with past actions and this seems to be what is happening now. That is, until a few months ago, I could easily have 20 websites available online all at the same time and just switch between them. Now, however, I often get a crash if I just use 2 at the same time. I tried to ask allexperts.com volunteers for a freeware Mac program which could allow me to clear/clean the RAM, but they were no help, just asking me to restart the computer,  which had no effect. Googling online also had no effect as I just got endless entries for expensive RAM cleaning software for my Mac. I need freeware Mac RAM cleaning software if at all possible, just like I had with my former PC.

Any help desperately appreciated!!!!!!
