So I'm looking into copper toxicity and it just seem so much like me, I seem to have most of the symptoms.
I've been eating organ meet 3 liver and 3 beef heart so far, not sure if that's enough for copper toxicity but regardless, it is clear that living of beef heart will not be a possible thing to do as it contain twice as much copper for zinc and will in the end lead to copper toxicity.

I can't seem to digest lean meat very well and lean meat is what contain the most zinc to copper ratio, it's the perfect ratio its about 8:1 at the least. I'm guessing I'll just have to eat lean meat that I cannot digest. I've been buying zinc supplement that I'm waiting to receive but clearly that's not enough to out balance the copper, FFS.

Beef heart where SO cheap, lean meat is so expensive, it's about 4 times the price and I much prefer beef heart, god dammit living of beef heart was too good to be true.

You think beef tongue could do it? It has 2:1 zinc/copper not as good as 8:1 from lean meat but at least you get much more zinc then copper.

I'm considering doing a hair analysis to have a clear idea.

tongue is extra fatty meat., it does seem to have a lot of zinc, that might be a good choice for you.  its pretty delicious, but the outer skin is something you just have to swallow down or not eat at all, I don't know how well that would work for your digestion, its almost impossible to chew, even after its been aged and dried.

shrimp is high in zinc, as are oysters, chicken, pork chops, lobster, crab, yogurt, swiss cheese........

what kind of zinc are you taking? vitamin b 6 helps zinc absorb, I am pretty sure it helps to have other vitamins and nutrients as well.

I'm taking pepzin gi zinc(l-carnosine). I spent my whole day yesterday looking into zinc/copper. It seems that i might be ok by adding zinc at every meal to ratio the copper.

Seafood might have zinc but they are very high in copper, such as lobster, lobster would be far worst then beef heart. Oyster look definitively good though. Although i show sign of copper toxicity im not sure thats my problem, these symptom has been there much longer then rawpaleo and they mimic other illness.

Edit: This is all so contradictory, northern lobster have way more copper then zinc but spiny lobster on the contrary has way more zinc then copper and then some oyster have very high copper and very high zinc and some have a much better balance, can't just go buy lobster or oyster, it has to be specific.

Wow thats really interesting about the different kinds of lobster and oysters having different mineral ratios. Thanks for sharing!

I think Oysters once a week is a very health promoting food.

Also tongue is a really delicious part of the animal and one I never seem to get sick of. It usually runs pretty cheap.
Gnawing on bones.
