it is not so funny. Currently, I have a brother who likes to travel around the world, partly on business and partly on holiday, and he unfortunately  is not avoiding the Middle-East. I really do not want to see him being beheaded by Isis because the British Government selfishly refuses to pay any ransom money.

If you do not have the knowledge in yourself then why assume a position of absolute certainty?

I'm not saying it was 100% fertilizer.  Given the evidence fertilizer bomb fits the bill the most.  Micro nukes are possible in theory and maybe one or two been made in the lab.  I could not find any info on that.  Chances it was a micro nuke is 0.0000000000001% (infinitely small).  If you want to dwell on this chance more power to you.

You can't really generalize it like that.  In Middle East they chop off heads by the hundreds each day.  The recent event you mentioned was a case of fired employee who went coo-coo (yes, with islamic tendency).
