I think Tiger diet what the official name of the diet adopted by Mel Gibson about 8-9 years ago when he started eating raw meat. I don't know if it was just a publicity stunt but Mel's career improved, he became a very succesful director and earned a fortune after converting to raw paleo diet. "Tiger diet" was just a fancy name, most of us here, including me, may say that we eat like tigers :-)))))))
Eating raw fish and meat since 17.11.08. 99% raw since 25.04.08.

The Tiger Diet consists of raw meat avocaodes and olive oil:-

It seems to be a diet solely for Hollywood celebrities not for the general public given the lack of info.

Too often we get caught up trying to get to the end. What is most important however is to discover the beginning. We don’t solve problems or start to heal unless we can be willing, be kind, laugh a little and commit to seeking until we find. If we can, we’ll get started. I’ll meet you at the beginning!
