Suet heats you up?
« on: April 19, 2009, 12:40:07 am »
When I eat raw suet I kinda feel like a heat starting below my chest area and spreading around... anyone feel that? It also raises my heart rate for some reason (maybe it speeds up my metabolism?). other fats but suet don't seem to have the same effect.

Well, I seem to have the same effect with all kinds of animal fats. It's only with extremely lean raw meats that I don't heat up.
