I cannot help you. I am currently looking into buying a wild game carcass full of blood from a hunter nearby, but it is fraught with difficulty. In the UK, I was easily able to buy raw wild hare carcasses at local farmers' markets with at least a pint or two of fresh blood in them. Incidentally, maybe it is just me, but I never found raw blood to be any good in taste if from grainfed or grassfed animals. Only fresh blood from raw wild game would do(and that would be incredibluy rejuvenating in effect). Perhaps you can find local hunters' associations and ask them to give you some fresh blood after a kill. I know that US law forbids the sale of wild game per se.
