Raw Fruits and Blood Sugar
« on: October 18, 2017, 12:24:13 am »
Hey folks,

Do raw fruits spike your blood sugar, or do people find this not actually to be the case at all?

Thanks

Not usually. I likely would if I overate them, though..... Processed fruits do seem to give me  a blood-sugar spike.
