I come in peace
« on: September 21, 2018, 12:57:31 am »
Hello, everyone.

I don't have much of a grasp of "paleo dieting", so I guess I am here to learn. Some things I do are inherintely " raw paleo", such as eating foraged plants and raw meat. I have been hesitant to go full on because of what I do (farming), and because I've heard of people having energy problems. I burn 2000-4000 calories a day, so I need to eat a lot. I use carb-rich foods (sourdough, small beer, rye kvass, etc.) to fill in the holes. I feel tired if I don't do that.

Anyways, I'd appreciate some advice. Maybe I should make a thread for that...?

Eat raw animal fats and you won't need bread anymore.
