But on the other hand, I have read that the US is nowadays the only place among modern countries where heavy drugs use in increasing, and specifically heroin.
I do know that in Stockholm for instance, a city that prides it self for having good quality tap water safe for drinking, there was some tests confirming a high presence of pharmaceuticals and especially antidepressants. The pee/sewage water is recycled into "safe" water (sounds kind of disgusting actually), which is not that safe.
