Replacing all the gland cells

Aajonus says it takes 2.5 years to replace all the cells in all of the glands as if the body starts to replace those cells first and foremost upon begining of raw meat eating.

is it true that once you begin eating raw meat the first thing your body replaces is your glands?

so those 2.5 years might start counting after few years when the body gets to certain equilibrium and even then who the fuck knows how long it will take?
