Vitamin K2 in high meat
« on: October 28, 2018, 02:46:33 am »
Hey fellow humans!
Has anyone of you found any evidence of high meat having extra vitamin k2 from the bacterial activity?

I want to get as much K2 as possible for the health of my bone structure (scoliosis) and would appreciate your input.

This is a reasonable hypothesis one could readily test for less than $150 with a vitamin K assay that many labs that analyze food can run.
