Another view on the paleo diet
« on: December 19, 2019, 02:08:28 am »
Found this interesting documentary about the paleo diet. She has some good points but actually she presents some things that contradict her views without realizing it and she doesn't mention things like liver and meat having vitamin c. But I found some interesting articles because of this docu I will link them. Also very interesting that stuff she mentions about the gut, that traditional societies have a whole different gut microbiome and it looks similar. And all industrial people have similar gut microbiomes interesting if true. Also fresh (whole) foods I think might be important I tend to forget that. How long storage or wrong storage of foods might harm foods. What do you guys think?

Hi, I haven't found the time to look into these but I was wondering if there are studies made on the raw meat diet. I mean scientific papers.
