Guatemala...antigua

Anyone got any info on Guatemala, especially the town of Antigua?

I'm going to stay there for at least four months and wondering how easy it is to get quality meat and fat there.

If I was there long term I'm sure I could find something, but don't want to be spending all my time calling farmers or whatever as I have other priorities for the trip. Might have to give it a rest.
