I dunno.  Maybe they'll think you are on drugs.  And asking me if I am wearing a corset?  Like, what gives you that idea?  You are definitely off your rocker.  Teach you to comment on my avatar!

Nice photos!

And thanks for increasing the recent posts.  Is there anything you won't do for me?

Oh yeah the corset too. You're welcome. What won't I do, hmmm??    ;)

Hey Craig,

Are you still omnivorous?

Are you evacuating your region with TS Fay approaching?  Best wishes.

Ah yes, Craig, how are you faring with the introduction of plant foods?

If I see something good I'll pick it and eat it but I don't spend all day gathering it. Wild fruit doesn't do the same thing to me that modern fruit does regarding the vicious hunger cycle. It's too hard to get enough to cause symptoms.

Will be watching Fay. Charlie was no fun.

Craig, I know the amount of berries and plant you re-introduced is quite minimal to make a huge difference, however, how do you find them impacting you?
Do you have little more energy, or improved mood or opposite?

Elli,

I didn't notice any difference in the way I felt but I did notice that my body seemed no longer adapted to digesting them. After eating about two cups of blueberries, my stool was the same color the next day. Here's the discussion about that: http://www.rawpaleoforum.com/general-discussion/blueberry-feces/
