Hi Nicola,
I haven't noticed any difference when eating D&C or not.  I would expect that our bodies store many critical nutrients and I've never gone more than 2 weeks just eating muscle meats with fat.

Stools on 68/32 were usually very firm, composed of mostly indigestible fibrous material.  It was pretty clear that the body extracted every thing possible from what was eaten.  When I moved to 80/20 initially stools were very loose - almost to the point of diarrhea.  As time goes on they've become firmer and better formed but are still rather pasty and leave a residue requiring the use of toilette paper to clean up.

I didn't notice until you mentioned it, but I haven't been as thirsty.  My normal routine was to drink a 16 oz glass of water upon arising and then drink throughout the day as I became thirsty.  Now I notice I only drink about 1/2 the water in the morning and, unless I take a walk in the hot sun, I usually drink a 16 oz glass about 2 hours after I eat my meal.

I'm going to go through your permissions when I get a chance. I only get that error when I'm not logged in - as it should be.
