Chronic Dehydration
« on: December 25, 2011, 09:47:26 am »
I've been pondering that the area along my kidneys in my lower back becomes sore due to dehydration. I've been noticing a correlation of consumption habits and pain. Furthermore, when I was on the milk diet I never felt this pain. I hypothesize it was because of the adequate hydration I was receiving.

This issue of hydration is a tough one. I'm not sure how to find a system that works for me.

I've been contemplating increasing my water intake with distilled water but water just doesn't seem to do anything for me. Another option is supplementing with hydrogen peroxide. Perhaps it will be just the key.

Any thoughts or recommendations on the subject of dehydration and hydration?

Fat and minerals like magnesium and calcium are VERY useful for keeping you hydrated.

My personal trick is to not drink plain water.

I squeeze a lemon / calamansi in cool water and add a touch of honey.

Or squeeze an orange in a glass of cool water.

And also eat hydrating fruits like papaya, melons, water melons, mangoes, young coconuts

If your piss does not look and feel heavily concentrated then you are hydrated.
