Making youtube videos
« on: February 17, 2010, 09:33:29 pm »
I'd like to post some scenes from my favourite DVDs in my possession onto youtube. What(preferably free) software do I need to extract those scenes and put them on youtube? Thanks

One easy way would be to play the DVD while having CamStudio running with a decent codec installed. Than use an avi to flv converter free software, or I think that youtube has a feature where it converts to the right format anyway.

Any other way would involve a DVD rip and conversion to a specific format and it would take longer.
