Blender effects?
« on: July 04, 2010, 02:40:23 am »
If you put raw eggs in a blender, does it damage the nutritive availability?

I heard some people prefer to just stir eggs in a cup/glass so not to "damage" them.Any input on this? Thanks.

Beat egg white in a cup and see if the (protein) structure doesn't change.  It's kind of like kneading dough to create more stretchy stringy gluten.

I believe that it damages the protein structures.

If you feel healthiest beating the egg-whites into a fluffy consistency, eat them that way.
