What's your take on the issue of longevity?
Do you think you will live a longer, high quality life than your twin on SAD?
What's your strategy for longevity?

Well, it depends. If I had lived my entire life on  rawpalaeo, I'm sure I'd live till 130.Having lived rawpalaeo only from c.30+. I reckon I might die c.90 years old.

On my palm I take a look at my lifeline once in a while.  According to those lifelines apparently raw food extends my lifespan and cooked food shortens it.

I'm still a firm believer in "the less you eat the longer you live" but of course within the restriction of proper nutrition. I always bring up the case of Luigi Cornalo

I figure if i eat the right nutrient dense foods and avoid excess i'll live a good 130

I kinda feel like if you eat and live right than you'll live to be well over 100. The key for me is to not worry about it. The more you fear death the more real it becomes.

my strategy is to decrease yang (anything that may cause illness) by eating raw meat steamed-veg paleo, and increase yin (the bodies ability to adjust to changing conditions) by practicing shaolin wahnam chi kung for 15mins/day, and thus promote yin/yang harmony. im hoping this will take me to beyond 100... :)

I'm finally getting some surprises I have extra strength and stamina now, I might as well use it.

I'm starting to get interested in something like these people in cross fit.

How much physical activity to get into for long life?

Is there such a thing as overdoing exercise it impacts on longevity?

I'm dreaming of 120.

Maybe if I can pass on this collective knowledge we have, my children will live up to 150 and my grandchildren up to 200.

There will be people walking around 150 soon enough by raw diet or science. You might look closer to this website. http://www.imminst.org/ It's kind of research and community dedicated to unlimited lifespan.

I always wonder, assuming there isn't a difference in the length of "years", if diet had anything to do with Abraham or any of his sons living to 2-300 years old.
