Thanks for the update.  What do you think of this fast?  Will you do it again?

Well this is what I have learned in the last month for myself:

-Fasting is great for healing, I always have cuts and scrapes on me, they heal faster when I was fasting.

-Distilled water is superior to tap/spring water.

-Meat that has been heated, dehydrated from it's water (160F for 1-2 hours is my sweet spot) = superior overall well being.

-Appetite is calm and I am calm, from just 1-3lbs of meat/ day vs 5+ raw cold meat.

-Strength is not affected during a fast, but energy is (Maybe it'll be different if I eat the way I am now for some time then try again)

-I will definitely fast again, maybe up to 7 days, but I doubt it, 1-3 days is more likely.
