I had read about her before so knew she wasn't vegan. However, she does not advocate too rawish a diet. As I recall, she does suggest slightly processed recipes(things like raw cacao) and almond butter and stuff. And she is not too hot re the raw meat issue. Still, she is far better than many other diet gurus.

This article is great!  :)  Gives a very balanced view of health -  no dogma and it respects the individuality of each person.  Thanks for posting!   :D
