Does grainfed pork/cattle have lectins in the meat/fat?

i have a few butchers i tend to, one of them who are meninites and are no growth hormones, anti-biotics, pesticides ect, but their animals are grass fed. I am curious if by eating that meat i am getting the lectins that they are eating, thus inhibiting absobsion. ty
