Anyone use an EMS/TENS/FSM.MCS unit?

My chiropractor used to use one on me years ago.

I thought about getting one to use myself. Has anyone gone down that road?

EMS is Electrical Muscle Stimulation
TENS is Transdermal Electrical Nerve Stimulation

EMS is what I want it for primarily.
