It's strange how the experts seems to obsess over EFAs as the key determinant of good health as if it was the only thing.

I remember the days when I actually believed the mainstream medical experts.
I actually was studying to become an allopathic doctor before my health failed.
In some ways I am actually glad my health failed because now I won't have the experience of harming others that I didn't mean to harm. I actually have aspirations to become a naturopath once my health recovers. I still want to heal people but now while truly honoring the hippocratic oath.
