Any snow this year? When I was in Houston last year there was some snow in Texas.

Nope. It's been warmer this year, and we haven't even come close to getting any snow.

 just did it. It was midday but cloudy. within a few seconds there appears a blue dancing disk that seems to cover the bright center. it immediately transported me back in time - the last time i did sungazing as a kid.

Yeah the first time is the worst because there is always that doubt that its safe. If you follow the rules and slowly build up you'll have smooth sailing and enjoy the ride.

Since I am guessing you are young, you will not have to go through the nuisance of wearing glasses. It seems there are other benefits curiously, as my GF says hat prior to going raw paleo her audiogram showed a very slight improvement. They tend to be stable or deteriorate.
