Weight Training
« on: January 07, 2011, 12:04:13 pm »
Hello All! I have been waiting and anticipating this opportunity to learn and become a raw eater. I am 6'2 280lbs. Should be 240lbs. I lift weights daily and am still chubby. I want to do a raw meat diet but am lost. I want to do it and see my results in the gym. I am certain my strength, flexibility, stamina and endurance will sky rocket. Thanks for having me. Now I have to learn how to prepare this food. I am able to get my meat from huderittes which is free range and not chemically raised. If you have any suggestions please let me know how I can start.

Hey there.
You should def. Try to get 100% grass fed meats. they are the healthiest option, not too mention taste better too! ;)

I don't do much lifting but I do some strength training. Raw meat will def help you get lean, it more satisfiying and grass fed meats especially are more nutritionally dens so you won't need to eat as much.
