He also says that veganism is not good for you because your body using cortisol/adrenaline (Negative hormones) to dissolve tissue and feed your brain...
BUT THE LATER YOU GET Adrenal Fatigue!!
So I assume the same thing is with 1 meal a day no? you feel great for few years and then your adrenal gets tired no?

This is something very important because 1meal a day is not something tested for long term no?

    He mentions just these two as far as authors/books.  I got my third and fourth start on them (I was already vegan but going through phases).  You learn a lot here and there along the way.

    It would be great if we knew it all in the beginning, :) but it's great this way too.

    I don't think my cholesterol went down to 93 like her, I think 110 was the lowest it tested.  I did push it though and eat a lot of fat right before the tests.

Paul Chek tried vegetarianism for about a year and recently added fish and meat back into his diet. He says his soul told him to add fish and meat. http://www.paulcheksblog.com/index.php/page/2/ I guess his soul didn't find a vegetarian diet to be sustainable long-term? ;)
