Any Dr. Ron's Thyroid Supplement users?
« on: May 31, 2011, 01:07:01 pm »
I've come to the conclusion i have hypothyroidism and I want to try Dr. Rons thyroid and adrenal supplement. Has anyone used them for awhile with good results? I want to avoid synthetic thyroid at all costs...I might try armour since apparently its made from pig thyroid that is biochemically similar to ours

I got no benefit, seemingly.

I have tried a different brand with thyroid in, allergy research. It was a multiglandular. It did noticeably make me feel more wired and it made me warmer when I was cold all the time. I'm not sure the effect could all be described as good though. I felt slightly crazed. As soon as I stopped taking it the effect went away, so it was like a med really.

Watch out for those conclusions! It's too easy to decide you have something.

I've tried both. It didn't seem to make much difference, except the filler in the pill doesn't work well with raw meat. The filler in the one's I had wasn't the worst kind though.

This wouldn't be an issue with Dr Ron's.
