Just stopping by to say hello to this forum.  I have eaten Raw Paleo in the past for about 6 years...then drifted away adding more cooked food.  Now after about 5 years of eating cooked food, I'm going back to raw Foods because I was the healthiest in my life at that time!

I look forward to the support of this forum!

Hi V, welcome back! I have been wondering about this recently as well as I test the limits of how much sugar and other toxins I can handle without getting sick or experiencing the maladies that brought me to this way of eating. Would you be willing to share in more detail what kind of effects you experienced as you drifted back to cooked? Thanks either way!
