I'm starting the 100 Pushup-in-a-row challenge with a friend of mine (
http://hundredpushups.com/ ). However, I've been finding myself doing more yoga than pushups as of late. I'm not sure how good it is for the body to do the same thing every day or every other day so I will likely do a modified workout routine from the site and incorporate yoga, walking, and crossfit on other days.
