it takes real guts to do so many but very attainable.  last summer i could 3, 2 right arm and one left.  it just takes long time and dedication.  the first one is the hardest and takes the longest to achieve.  it is a whole another level of strength required.  i could easily do 20 with 2 arms but when i tried one i was not even moving an inch.
