haven't checked out his website yet.  He does come across as very clear and authentic.  A couple of things though.  He's not raw.  He mentions that as he describes that before his competition he goes raw, and then look at the kidney beans etc, in his salad.  Also when you look at what 'these' guys eat who promote raw vegan grown muscle,  well,  look at his counter of jars and packages of processed proteins he's making his shake out of.  Thor Hammer says he eats hundreds of his protein tablets a day and more of other processed foods.  Nobody I've seen does it by eating whole unprocessed really raw food.   If you look at his photos of his winning competitions he had a lot more hair than he does now.  It may be genetic, but he is losing his hair.  I think I would enjoy meeting and working out with him.  I like the part about concentration with lifting.  Just lately I've been slow lifting again. It is interesting how to move through the motion slow, you do incorporate fibers that seem to be not used otherwise.  Not sure about the Kangen water, I returned mine and got a refund.  Didn't do a thing for me.

i guess hes not clear and authentic at all. To label himself raw vegan when hes got all those protein powders is simply a lie and he is a liar. Its no surprise that non raw vegans can get all this muscle with all those powders. I have yet to see the raw vegan bodybuilder.

I enjoyed the youtube video.
Very educational.
And very much logical.
I appreciate that his body building how to is almost the same as healing of incurables how to.
And just working out 30 minutes 3x a week?
Now that is something that interests me.

His experience with lowering the quantity of food after some time... is the same as I'm experiencing now.  This my 4th year on raw paleo, I'm eating markedly less food.  Probably half of what I used to eat 2 years ago.

He's no fraud.  And he's no freak of nature.

If he was in utero vegan, raised vegan, than that would make it seem like a freak of nature.
He's just been vegan 10 years, wait a little more, it will get to him eventually.

im sure it will get to him eventually but my point is that hes a fraud because of all those protien powders he has which are what got him that big. He doesnt count as a raw vegan because of this and is misrepresenting himself.

Actually, I've heard of authentic raw vegans who have bulked up and become bodybuilder types.

This guy promotes and sells protein powders and supplements. Protein powders does not equal raw so this guy doesnt count either.
