Primal family, maybe going raw?
« on: January 14, 2013, 02:12:27 am »
We've been following a paleo diet and lifestyle for nine months. Between my husband and I, we've lost 135 lbs! And have reclaimed our health! But there is always more to learn, and we still feel like we haven't reached what our 'best' is. Maybe raw paleo is our next step?  I can't wait to read through this forum. I know next to nothing. I found this community after a few internet searches because I came across The Primal Parent blog last night. And I saw some beautiful little quail eggs in our local co-op, and people are telling me to drink them raw?! Oh-so-much to learn!  :o

the primal parent is a great blog.  raw egg yolk is great to mix with a little salt and pepper and dress a salad, or dunk little chunks of beef in :)  quails eggs might be a little too precious for this though.
