Gday guys,  cobb clan from australia here,   Just new to this forum,  having a look around..   Been on paleo diet semi serious for 6 months, and love it.  Im a crossfitter and father of three beautiful boys.    A hunter gatherer thru and thru,  just stepped up to a full paleo lifestyle,  family and all..    Dropped 3 kgs in three weeks.   Doing the whole hog!  Vegy garden,  chickens for eggs and meat,  beef,  hunting deer and pigs,  fishing,  diving and of course,  Exercise...     Well  look forward to hearing all you guys stories and ways of life....

Not yet mate,   I eat my meat very rare,   Like still moooing.....   
The changes ive seen since 01 01 13 are awsome.    My heavy lifts have remained at my 1rm,   But im 5kgs leaner...     And more relaxed and feel heaps better..     Cleaner to be exact...
