you can make raw salsa by blending cherry tomatoes, onion, and cilantro.

Raw ketchup can be made by blending cherry tomatoes, a little unrefined sea salt (or some dulse or other salty seaweed), a little raw honey, and some raw apple cider vinegar.

If you have a good blender or like to get going with a mortar and pestle, I'd recommend sauces fashioned after Indian green chutneys. The basic idea is to churn up a cup or two of cilantro (aka coriander) leaves and/or mint leaves. A little liquid such as water, lemon juice or whey can be added to make the whole mess of leaves blend down to a sauce, but don't put in too much liquid or the leaves will turn soupy instead of gloopy. Other additions to the blended leaves would be salt or jalapeƱo (blended), according to your taste. This goes well with raw fish slices.

egg yolks and avocados serve as a base for making sauces, dressings, or dips depending on what spices or herbs you add to them.  egg yolk alone is a great dipping sauce.

egg yolks and flax oil can be whipped together to make mayonnaise.

avocado can be blended with tomato and acv or lemon juice and herbs to make a dressing.

you can probably do a google search for tons of recipes.
