another sucessful black vegan

72 Year-Old Man Raw Vegan Body Building Every Day (now 75 Year-Young :))

could it be that black people can handle plant foods better than whites? All of the old vegans that are doing well seem to black almost none of them are white.

I would imagine that plant foods have historically been a bigger part of the tropical African diet than the diets of more northerly groups, because plant foods grow well there all year long. So yes, I'd imagine Africans are at least a little better at tolerating veganism than  northern Europeans, Mongolians, etc..

Interestingly i saw a black guy in the park today performing acrobatics who was quite old and in incredible shape and looked incredibly healthy. He had cancer. I would have never guessed, he looked extremely healthy.

Maybe he was misdiagnosed and led to believe every lump is cancer... $$$

Its genes man.
Dont forget that only the strongest, fittest africans were brought to america to work as slaves.
So all these strong, fit people will automatically have stronger kids.
They are able to get by on more "diets" than white people.

One of my friends, whoz is black, eats alot of mcdonalds hamburgers, but still he is the fittest, happiest guy Ive ever seen.

Yes I also see many black people where I live apparently thriving on mcdonalds. I think its just a case of you could look perfect on the outside but be rotting away on the inside. I also see white people apparently thriving on this junk for long periods of time. These are often people who are also  doing lots of exercise as well.

Perhaps the common denominator is you can get away with eating crap more if you exercise.

misdiagnosis for money is a great possibility i forgot to consider.

Just throwing out this wild assumption of mine, but Its something that Ive been thinking of.

Ive heard Dr. Cassar (who I respect, allthough he is a bit weird) talk about how brown eyed people are more wired to be physical and less sensitive than blue eyed people. Blue eyed people are weaker physically but more sensitive and creative than brown eyed people. Blue eyed are more spiritual and brown eyed are more earthbound.

So could it be that white people (with focus on blue eyed) are just more aware of what health is due to being more sensitive?

This I do not direct only from what Dr. Cassar says, but also my observation over the years how blue eyed blonde haired people seem to be surfers/hippies and my black friends are more about music/sex/tasty food.

Oh and btw.. lots of fruits go along way ofcourse.

B*ll*cks as an idea. if you look at the history of grains and cooking, you will find that  grains started in the Middle-East and spread to India well before grains cultivation reached Europe. Even dairy-consumption  got started much later in Europe. Since the cultivation of grains goes hand in hand with a much greater proportion of cooked foods in that society's diet, one can reasonably assume that Semites and Indians of the Subcontinent  were of a more sickly type.

In 2011 after 11 years as a vegan, Jim explained to us how he made the transition from meat eater to vegan. When he started competing he was aware that the traditional bodybuilding diet of animal protein had consequences for health, but he was eager to compete and win, so continued with it. "It was only after I retired from competition in 1985 that I started considering my health and eliminated what I had over the years identified as the cause of my digestive, respiratory and joint problems, namely all animal sources,(beef, fowl, dairy, pork and fish). I continued having fish on rare occasions as my "treat"."
 
Aged 64, Jim developed a medical condition that sharpened his outlook. "In 1999 because of a nerve condition I consulted a cardiologist, neurologist, rheumatologist, hand specialist, acupuncturist, chiropractor and two pain specialists from Cedars-Sinai in Los Angeles. Had a brain scan, an MRI of my neck, another of my entire spine, had an unnecessary carpal tunnel operation, suffered Vertigo from interaction of medications prescribed by several of the above and continued to have the problem. A friend got me in to see the Chief of Neurology at the Norton Hospital in the USC Medical Center who advised me to try to endure the pain and the problem may clear up on its own. Which it did. The horrific nightmare of an experience so terrified me that I determined to do everything in my power to never again fall into the clutches of the Pharmedical Industry. I stopped eating fish and all processed and refined products."
 
In 2004 Jim joined the millions of people around the world who had been struck by the evidence in "The China Study" by T Colin Campbell, a book that Jim describes as "my bible". Jim continues to eat a healthy diet, and his website contains many photos which continually amaze visitors with his physique. He loves fruit and nuts, and is critical of synthetic foods with no nutritional value.
 
Unsuprisingly for an athlete who competed for thirty years and inspired people for 45 years, Jim has wise words for the rest of us. "Health and well being are a way of life. grain cultivation was started in middle east but it was started by caucasians. Civilization= grain consumption generally and civilization is basically synonmous with white people (the black israelites and other black supremacists would argue that wiht me but theyr crazy anyway, why they would want to lay claim to the curse of civilization is beyond me but either way they are definitly wrong). Even if a civilization wasnt white it was still started and ruled over by whites who conquered the traditional tribal people there.

as far as dr cassar goes i wouldnt trust anything he says. He sells so many supplements that its not even funny and all of his health advice always leads back to buying his supplements. Hes a great salesman but i wouldnt listen to anyhting he says. That and the fact that he looks downright sickly to me.
