Obviously the lesson is 'take your vitamins so you can keep consuming microwaved 3 time-processed food.'

Didn't read the article, but that's surprising since so many junk foods have additive vits to pacify moms who buy the junk.   Maybe it really says that our need for vit c is so much higher when we eat sugar.
