Combining animal proteins
« on: November 16, 2014, 10:08:10 am »
Do you guys see a problem with combining two different animal proteins in one meal? I just ate pork leg and salmon... Just wondering if it causes any digestive problems for some?

I food combine but I don't do it 100% but IMO as long as your just keeping it meats with meats i think it's fine. What I do is keep the fruits with the fruits, veggies with the veggies, and meats with meats. And always let theme digest before eating the next food group the only foods i ever mix is meat with honey but other than that when I eat its only specific food groups and then I wait for them to digest before going to the next foods. So as long as your just keeping them meats at the same meal and not mixing with other food groups you should be fine IMO.

Meat with honey? Interesting, doesn't that violate the protein/carb combination? It sounds delicious, but dangerous to digestive system!

I always eat a salad with my meats, is this bad?
