I had really bad diarrhea one time from either shrimp or dirty river water.  I am pretty certain it was the shrimp and I tolerated poopin out anything I ate within 15 minutes and not keepin any food or water in for two weeks before I bought I was going to die any asked for advice on here. Goodsamaratin recommended to dose up reall high on probiotics, which I did.  I felt better soon after and continued taking large amounts each day.  Not sure if they really worked or the sickness ran its course but I feel strongly the probiotics helped.  It was probably an ameoba

I haven't either, but then I don't eat salmon in sushi bars..   I have though pulled out of fresh wild pacific salmon little white wiggly worms,, the kind that will attach themselves to your stomach.

Same. If I have to go out for sushi, I stick to tuna because that's always wild caught. I'm going to just assume I'm not finding the worms because they're small, and I eat fast haha.
In its purest, unaltered form, healthy food is delicious.
