Powdered Supplements and Foods
« on: October 07, 2014, 06:45:18 am »
Does anyone know how well the body handles powdered supplements and foods? ie. Probiotic supplements, whey protein, garden of life meal, powdered acai, powdered fruits, seeds, and proteins. Does the body recognize this as real food and digest it normally or will it think it's foreign and cause inflamation/indigestion?

It depends. Generally you're better off keeping it simple,  though.

One thing to consider is that water is the catalyst of life processes. If you remove the water, you are suspending those processes. Even if you add water later, it won't be the same thing.
