New study proves that PAHs in polluted air and cooked foods is harmful

The PAHs(aka "polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons") mentioned in the study  are found in coal- and tar-pits, but also in cigarette-smoke, cooked foods(the more you cook the higher the levels   of PAHs become) and air-pollution.

Anyway,  as the study  indirectly shows, consumption of  cooked foods causes some brain-damage. My only catch is that I cannot migrate to a region which is relatively air-pollution-free.

Well there's obviously places where air pollution is a lot less important than in large cities, or some pesticide-ridden countrysides.

One caveat:- the study involved poor ethnic minority children from inner cities. Since such types are far more likely to  eat very low grade, highly processed junk food, judging from past studies, they would inevitably have incurred a much higher load of PAHs than people in cities on more standard cooked diets.

Interesting that even smoke from burnt cooking can affect one. So even  regularly attending barbeques and not eating the result is harmful to some extent.
