findaspring.com

Great site, springs are ideal, but the nearest spring is 2.5 hours away. I usually stop by when I visit Sedona.

So, this happened. Thought you might find interest in this detox story.

The distal phalange on my left hand's little finger became swollen and red. No cause identified. Started in mid-August, lasted for about a month. Hurt like crazy when the finger was bent. Didn't ever go numb, nor did it lose color saturation, so I didn't worry. Yellow mucus: filled, drained out the side of the nail, refilled, and drained again. It's is back to normal now, only difference is a slight dent in the nail which is growing out.

No changes in diet around that time? If not, maybe a detox.

No changes to diet. It seems like something was being purged.

Came and went leaving nothing other than a slightly higher cuticle.
