Raw Eggs in diet
« on: October 08, 2015, 07:04:24 pm »
Hi I am new here and interested in raw food in general having found my way there many years ago had amazing health managed a challenge here in UK called the three peaks in 24 hrs, one in Scotland one in England and one in Wales, all on a bag of figs and nuts! Then lost the plot and now finding my way back in. This year have been researching around to improve my health and a month ago started eating raw eggs amongst other foods.

I have become fascinated with these most natural and complete of foods as we have ducks and chickens so eggs plentiful. Love my eggs but 4 weeks ago started them raw and have become very much a daily raw egg person now. So keen to join up conversation with raw fooders especially those who have experience of raw eggs

Good Health

Chickens are free range over the fields and muck heap! Ducks have lots weed in leat and pond pluse free range over fields and all have mixed corn once a day to keep them satisfied.  :)
