Tan-through clothes for vit D
« on: August 22, 2016, 10:23:42 pm »
Imma order some tan-through clothing, for the times when being topless is "indecent". Apparently it lets in half of the UVBs, which has a part in the vit. D production process, and UVAs, for tanning. Double win IMO  8).

Yeah, very little info on the fabric itself. And it's already known that the degradation of synthetic fabric releases hormone-disrupters and others. And a fabric as light as this one... So I'll probably just stick to going baretop each time I go out running.

Yes we need to be careful about anything that's "innovative", especially if it is going be affecting our health.

On a similar note, iv noticed anything that has the word smart in it is actually incredibly stupid, i.e. smart water, smart meters, smart cars, smart phones etc

just run without a shirt on. Its not a big deal for a guy.
