I lost the best years of my life but i am not sad...
« on: July 23, 2018, 07:41:27 am »
Hello. My name is Nick and i am 33 years old and i am from Greece. When i was a little kid i had tons of energy, more than the other children. But after i finished school i felt more and more tired every year.  But still i had some good days. I had indigestion , gas, bloating, low libido but some days i would feel ok. But after i turned 29 years old i could not digest a single banana. I visited all the doctors. I did colonoscopy, gastroscopy and the doctors gave me ppi's and other drugs but my condition did not improve. I tried the vegan diet, the paleo diet(i thought i felt better) , the keto diet etc.

I tried all diets but nothing worked. I've watched Aajonus youtube videos and in the beggining i thought he was crazy. Here in my country if you eat raw eggs and meat they think you are crazy and they tell you that you will die instantly from salmonela and e coli. But i was 33 years old and tired of being tired and sick. I was unemployed, depressed, alone. I had arguments with my family. They thought that everything was in my head and i was just lazy. So i thought this can't continue.  I have to become well and live my life. So i decided to eat raw eggs. I ate 4 raw eggs and instantly i felt energized. I had no gas or bloating. They digested rapidly and gave me a burst of energy .

Right now i have tons of energy. I am eating 12-16 raw eggs everyday, orange juices and my digestion improved dramatically and i can eat bread and cheese. Still i have not tried raw meat mainly because i can't find a local farmer here in Athens. I don't want to buy meat from supermarket. Also i don't know why i had this indigestion. I did not had a surgery like Aajonus that damaged his vagus nerve. All i know is that i could not digest a single banana.

P.S i found a job, i will go to college and i will take revenge from life.

Bread and cheese? Avoid, if possible. If raw, grassfed meat or raw wild game are unavailable , then consider raw wildcaught seafood. Also, many grassfed meat farms do deliver to one's door, so they don't have to be that close to you. OH, and try adding some variety such as raw honeycomb  etc.

I see your family did the whole "blaming the victim" thing to you. Same happened to me. I had chronic fatigue so I was accused of laziness , etc. Anyway, welcome to the forum!

Welcome!

Athens has lots of organic supermarkets. I know a friend who ate raw meat from those places. Just make sure they are organic/biological! It should be easy in Athens.

My family did to me too. My father would even constantly harass me for being a „worm“ funnily maybe I was full of worms trying to detox my body or whatever. I would also suggest eliminating as much as you can. I think most people don’t get that it’s not only the foods that are causing these problems, it’s also the state of these foods. For example bad quality raw milk products can still be bad for you most raw dieters fail to see this as did I. They can be contaminated with glyphosate for example which is an antibiotic that deystroys bacteria and intestinal lining. In countries like Austria they are used even in public areas, glyphosate is apparently even in the air. It’s a huge contamination problem and other factors.

AV said supermarket muscle meat is ok. Just avoid organs and marrow and you'll be fine. And even if you don't, you'll be fine too, it just might not be pleasant.

Plenty of people in this forum have eaten supermarket meat countless times without any major problems.

Low quality meat meat is much better than no meat.

Most of the world consumes cooked supermarket meat and they're fine. The toxins don't go away just because you burn the meat. In fact the toxins become more troublesome because now you'll absorb rather than eliminate them.

Oh, and don't be so dramatic (this is likely a sign that you're in bad health), when I read the title I thought you were a woman. You're 33, your best years are just starting.
We now live in a world where medicine destroys health, law destroys justice, education destroys knowledge, government destroys order, the press destroys information, religion destroys morals, and banking destroys the economy

A few people have regained their health after eating raw supermarket meat, but this is not common. Bear in mind that a lot of raw supermarket meat contains as much as a third or two-thirds of the amount of AGEs found in the boiled equivalent thereof. So, those who are already in extremely bad health due to eating cooked diets for years may often not benefit enough from raw supermarket meats. The first theme is the rawness of the food(along with enzymes), then the amount of bacteria(ie how aged it is), then how high-grade it is re nutrients(ie grassfed or wild) and, lastly, if it has preservatives with it or not. At any rate, I did try eating raw supermarket meat from a butcher specialising in very intensively-farmed supermarket-type meats prior to going rawpalaeo, and  these did nothing for me.
