Opinions on Colloidal Silver / Copper / Gold?

I've been hearing that we are all copper deficient nowadays and have iron toxicity therefore preventing proper absorption of many vital nurtients.  I've been considering storing water in a copper vessel again to see if it helps with mental clarity among other things.  Does anyone have any experience with these colloidal products and can they actually offer any benefit for a short / long term duration?

I have a colloidal silver generator at home.
I make fresh colloidal silver for use by my family.
Colloidal Silver is pretty good and does what people say it does. Anti germs.
