Always Super Thirsty?
« on: November 29, 2018, 01:05:55 am »
After I took accutane I've always been thirsty to the point where it doesn't matter what I eat, raw, cooked, salted, unsalted, I am drinking upwards of half a gallon of mineral water per day.

I've been eating a pretty high amount of fermented liver every day, maybe I need more zinc in my diet?

Was planning on water fasting for 2-3 days then dry fasting for 2 days, then I was going to try having a bunch of oysters and seafood instead of the usual dry aged ribeye steaks I eat.

Also I used to drink blood and raw milk but was still thirsty after I drank them.

I wear contacts and noticed that my eyes dry out way more since I started doing some of my supplements again.  My problem is I don't feel thirsty despite my dry eyes being a symptom of dehydration. Funny thing is I don't remember being dehydrated when I was using supplements before. I've quit adding salt to my food. I wonder if it has anything to do with that?

I find raw fats to be very hydrating like meat fat or egg yolks, watermelon also. Seems like a side effect of the accutane that people have, that stuff seems really toxic.
